Collage of the pictures taken on a Chinese bumboat taken last Friday to have a short boat ride along Singapore River. Part of the Singapore Food Festival activity where a menu of traditional Chinese Dialect food is served in a special container called "tingkat". The food sampled include nice little treats like Teochew Carrot Cake, Hainanese Chicken rice balls, Cantonese fu chok tong shui, Fried Hokkient mee & Hakka soon kueh.
